Do I need an app or subscription?
No app is needed. You can coordinate deliveries and errands directly by phone or text. Contact us for one-time help or to discuss a recurring routine.
Can I request something beyond groceries?
Yes. Ask about meal pickups, household and personal essentials, packages, or another everyday errand. We confirm what we can arrange, the timing, and the price before accepting your request.
How is delivery timing arranged?
Share your preferred day and time when you contact us. We agree on a delivery window based on your request and availability. You can ask about a one-time delivery or recurring support.
What if an item is unavailable?
You choose how to handle substitutions: contact you first, choose a similar item, or skip it. You can include specific instructions with each shopping request.
Can a family member arrange this for me?

Does my building need to sign up?
No. This is an optional service for residents. There is no cost to the building, and building staff do not need to manage the service.
